Returns: not accepted

For Hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of any earrings.

Refunds: not accepted

As a small business I can't organise refunds but I'll replace an item if damaged on arrival.

Cancellations: accepted

Accepted for existing stock and store items. You must request a cancellation before item has dispatched.

Custom Item orders can't be cancelled.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I'm a one-woman band here and some items will need to be made by hand for your order, so please expect up to 7 days of processing time on top of delivery time.

All Silver Earrings are made with Sterling Silver Fishhooks, Studs are made with Stainless Steel Studs and all Gold ball studs and fishhooks are gold-plated. If you would like specific hardware for your piece, just ask, I can customise anything!

Designed for sensitive ears, my earrings feature stainless steel studs, sterling silver-coated fishhooks, and 18k gold-plated hooks and ball studs. All dangle earrings can be swapped out for another material for free, either for Sensitivity or for aesthetic reasons.
