Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns: not accepted
For Hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of any earrings.

Refunds: not accepted
As a small business I can't organise refunds but I'll replace an item if damaged on arrival. DM or email me with the details and I will sort a replacement if the item has been damaged in transit. This must be reported to me within 48 hours of Delivery. My email address is lelalocreations@outlook.com

Cancellations: accepted
Accepted for existing stock and store items. You must request a cancellation before your item(s) has dispatched.
Custom Item orders cannot be cancelled and full payment for bespoke pieces will be discussed and taken before I begin work on the piece.
Taxes and Customs
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Processing Times
I'm a one-woman band here and some items will need to be made by hand for your order, so please expect up to 7 days of processing time on top of delivery time.
